A simple way to speed up the game is to place golf bags into the back of the green and closer to the next exit.

  This must be done in every hole, the hole 1 to hole 18, note that most sites are dealt out by the back of the greens. You will notice the change in pace of play across the field, and most importantly will not bother the players playing behind him (they do not have to wait the extra time you are going to take going forward the green, grab your bag and go back to the bottom of the green to go to the next exit), and will be more practical for you. It is always best to play golf relaxed.

Remember no matter their level of play, or his handicap, this practice will benefit.
